If you just added Vision to get PRO or Vision2k access but the site isn't recognizing your new Vision please use our wallet refresh button which you can see in the attached pictures:


Desktop & Mobile - Use the dropdown of the wallet menu in the top right of the screen and click on "Refresh wallet and max tracking"



The old school way which should also refresh you wallet would be to:

  • Disconnect your wallet from the site (through your wallet and not just the disconnect button on our site) 
  • Refresh the page
  • Login to PRO


Sometimes our app doesn't recognize the fact that you added Vision right away. You can force us to lookup your Vision balances by following the above steps. If you're still having any issues please open a ticket and we can see why your Vision isn't being recognized. Submit a ticket : APY.vision
